Toddler Days

We are having a serious problem with hitting (and a little with kicking) these days. I don’t know what to do. Timeout doesn’t seem to be effective. She doesn’t care that she has to sit in a corner. She doesn’t care that we get mad at her or yell at her. I’m so frustrated.
