WHAT is that???
That would be the drain for the washer not draining properly. The wall got sopping wet after 3 loads of laundry so Brian pulled it off. We are currently cleaning out the whole cast iron pipe that leads to the trap. (We already partially cleaned it out when it wouldn’t drain when we moved in.)
Can you wash? Did it make a mess in the basement too?

Oh no is right. Did it get fixed before Brian left? Your clothes are welcome at our house if you need to wash anything.
