I just wanted to post a quick update. I’ve now run unofficial 10Ks twice this week! Each are long runs and I’m totally spent when I’m done, but I am so happy I can do them.

Also, I figured out how to string multiple workouts together in my Watch. Starting on Tuesday, I used an Outdoor Walk Workout as my warmup and cooldown walks. That’s why my first and last splits have decent times. Previously, I did those 5 minute walks as part of the regular Outdoor Run and the first and last splits always had bad times. I definitely like the new way better, but it looks like I ran half a mile less on Tuesday. Vanity is still the devil’s favorite sin.
