Read more →Samantha had her 4 month check up last week. It’s a little late, but she’s still doing great! We have permission to start feeding her rice cereal, but we haven’t tried it yet. When we get a free weekend, we’ll give it a try. She weighed 14 lbs 3.5 oz, and was 25″ long. She’s about average for weight and a little longer …

Read more →Samantha had her next check up yesterday. She’s growing and doing very well. She now weighs 10 lbs 8.5 oz! That’s in the 70th percentile. She’s also longer (22″ at 50th percentile) and her head is still small (14″ at 25th percentile). She had her first round of vaccines, so she wasn’t feeling well for the rest of the …
Read more →Samantha had her first check up today, and she is doing very well. She has gained a lot of weight, so the doctor is pleased. She’s up to 7 lbs, 6 oz! At two weeks, she’s supposed to be back up to her birth weight, so she must be a healthy eater!
Read more →Samantha Kate is here! She arrived at 1:44PM on October 17, 2007. She weighed 6 pounds and 14 ounces and is 19 5/8 inches long. She’s a beautiful little girl and we are so happy to have her. Please stop by to visit. We should be home by Friday, but until then you can find us in Room 211 at Brookwood.
Read more →Janie just had her latest appointment today. Her blood pressure was a bit high, but everything else is fine. They decided to go ahead and induce anyway, so hopefully by this time tomorrow, we’ll be happy to introduce Samantha Kate.

Read more →Six weeks? HA! Samantha has something different in mind. A couple hours ago, the doctor told Janie she was 90% effaced, -1 station and 3cm dilated. Sam should be here soon! Stay tuned.
